Before you move in, we’ve got a few things to cover.
All of our rental condominiums are leased on a first-come, first-served basis. These condominiums rent primarily to students and students must have a parent to sign a guarantor form. Rental condominiums are leased for a one year period.
To reserve your unit, begin the process by sending us your application, guarantor form and a clear scan of your drivers license or student ID (one for each roommate). We require an admin fee of $200 per person with a signed lease agreement to secure the condo.
The leasing process can be completed by email, fax, mail or you can call to make an appointment with an agent. Walk-Ins are welcome during office hours!
