
Before you move in, we’ve got a few things to cover.
- Availability: All rental condominiums are leased on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Guarantor Requirement: Students must have a parent or guardian sign a guarantor form. If you do not have a guarantor, we offer a self-guarantee, which requires you to pay your last three months up front.

- Lease Term: All rental agreements are for a one-year period.
How to Reserve a Unit:
To begin the process, please complete the following steps:
- Submit your application.
- Provide a guarantor form (if required).
- Submit a clear copy of your driver’s license or student ID.
- Pay the $275 administrative fee.
Once your application is reviewed, a leasing consultant will contact you regarding your approval status. Upon approval, you will receive a lease agreement that must be signed within 48 hours, along with payment for the first month’s rent to secure the unit.

- If you need assistance, feel free to call and schedule an appointment with one of our leasing consultants. Walk-ins are also welcome during our office hours!
